Not ideal for a bathtub with straight back. – I was looking for a pillow for a bathtub that has a straight back. Previous reviews mentioned this pillow being ideal, fantastic, wonderful, etc. for straight back tubs. I disagree wholeheartedly. This pillow is not ideal for straight back tubs as your neck is still at a 90° angle. I do like the hook attached to the pillow which enables hanging it to dry. What they need is something of a wedge to keep your neck in a comfortable angle. I have yet to find anything like that. If you have a straight back tub I recommend using a bath towel to cushion your neck until someone creates the proper tub pillow.

Not Very comfortable. – This is the second bath pillow I’ve tried and neither one of them are comfortable. Maybe it’s my tub? All I know is that it doesn’t cushion me and I slide down into the water much further than I want to. It’s more comfortable than the hard side of the bathtub but not by much. I’m not sure there is a good bath pillow out there

It does it’s job – My biggest problem is that you can’t wring the water out of it. Plus if you don’t dry it completely and immediately after your bath it starts smelling horrible. I’ve washed it multiple times and it’s still smelly and has a weird yellow stain because the water just gets stuck in it after a bath. I will say it’s still better than having your back freeze when you lay back in the tub and much more comfortable than the tub itself. For the price it’s a 10/10 and I don’t regret the purchase, but if you can spare the extra money on one that is water proof, do it.
