The steamer works great: easy to use & clean, the steam is consistent with each use (steam blows evenly throughout), and my skin feels so rejuvenated each time. The temperature is just the right amount of heat without being too hot. I would recommend making sure that all the water in the steamer is drained after each use – do this by tipping/turning the product over in the sink to drain all excess water.
