HOW DID I LIVE WITH OUT THIS IN MY LIFE ?! – This roller has so many uses! Just stick it in the freezer, and it freezes up quickly. It is FANTASTIC rolling it over your forehead when you have a headache. Feels amazing. Roll it under your eyes when the skin there is puffy or you have sinus issues. This roller isn’t as cold as an ice pack, so you don’t need to cover your skin with a towel before using it. The coldness least a long time out of the freezer.
