First impression, it is a great bag – I ended up returning this bag because of other reasons but holding it in my hands, it seemed like a great bag! I can’t speak to durability, but I loved the layout, pockets, and feel of the bag. I do wish it came in different prints. The one I had ordered had little lemons on them (very cute design) but it wasn’t my style. I also realized after the fact that the bag was redundant as I already had something that would work so I returned it before I used it. The return process was easy and hassle free. It did seem like a great bag, and would order again if I needed another one, or maybe even if there was just a different pattern or color selection.

Cute bag, but…. – Edit 7/18/22: I upped my review to 4 stars bc this bag has performed really well. I use it for all my hair cutting supplies including a big set of clippers, so it’s heavy. Not once has the Velcro come loose, carrying from the top handle. Plus it’s so damn cute. I stand by that lost star bc of that damn tag.
