Arrived cracked – Beautiful and well made but it arrived cracked down the middle. The manufacturer was great in offering to replace it but I opted for a refund. I didn’t get a replacement because the packaging was inadequate and I don’t want to risk wasting my time going through that again. The item came in it’s small product box inside a BAG. Amazon needs to package better. Not gonna work if someone drops/puts something heavy on it. It’s too bad cuz it’s a nice mirror.

Think – you buy a mirror once in a lifetime… unless you drop it/throw at the wall or out of the window or whatever the reason you need new mirror… So get this one, it’s quite nice, be happy and don’t throw it out anymore, though if you decide to throw it then the nice handle will allow you to throw it very precisely at your favorite target.
