Best customer service ever!! – I purchased this back at the beginning of November on sale. Later I was looking to purchase some blue wands (better for acne, so I’ve read), though the orange works wonders. It was really an unnecessary purchase, but I saw cheaper machines than Nuderma and figured I’d give a try.

Worth what I paid – OK I don’t do reviews… read that before a million times. Check my history. So don’t know yet if it helps wrinkles and turns back time. Just received it and used it immediately, obsessing about skin lately. So I did notice a difference after one use which had to do with redness and inflammation. I used the stabby stamp microneedling last night on my forehead wrinkles, left eye and between eyebrows (frown line), blood was drawn, the few times I’ve done this before I am swollen and red for a couple days. There was a good amount of inflammation and redness this morning per the usual. Btw have not used microneedling enough to tell if there’s a difference.

AMAZING! WORTH EVERY PENNY – This product is incredible. I have struggled with PCOS acne for almost a decade and have found relief through spironolactone, retin-A micro gel, aczone, cerve face wash, and ordinary serums (would highly recommend all of these products). My face is usually very clear but there are periods of time where I still breakout and become desperate for it to stop. Once I started using this tool along with LED lights 3-5 times a week it was a game changer. I get maybe 1-2 pimples a week now (if that) and I have noticed they are tiny. I believe this tool also helps with facial scars which is incredible. Make sure to watch numerous YouTube videos on how to use it and read the directions at least 3 times through. I use mainly the flat head tool and touch the stem to ground it and then put the tool directly on my face. I use the tool with hyaluronic acid so it seamlessly glides on my skin. I focus mostly on my cheeks and glide it down to my chin and sometimes hit my forehead too. If you have sensitive skin I would use gauze and start on level 1 or 2. I stay on level 2 or 3 and my skin loves it. Don’t use this tool more than 5 minutes. Also the odor is pretty terrible but it is normal with the gas and how it react to the skin. When I am done using it I wipe down just the tip of the tool with alcohol wipes. Invest in yourself and your skin and buy this right now!

The real solution to healthy skin actually starts from within, STOP expecting companies tools to magically fix your problems. Rating them a 0 because your collagen production isn’t up to par to the way that is used to be or even because your acne hasn’t cleared as quickly as desired is silly.
