So many uses.. – I’ve been using SheaMoisture coconut oil for years now. I use it on my entire body after showering, it’s a natural deodorant for those of you who might not know. I even used it in my hair before I found Chi silk infusion. It’s very easy to use too much coconut oil in your hair which leaves it looking greasy.

Great for curly hair – We use this every time after swimming (and the subsequent hair shampoo and condition) and it’s great for restoring luster, moisture and softness. Also super before blow drying to prevent over-drying. Plus it smells wonderful! Only trouble is the spray: it doesn’t spray as a mist because it’s too thick, so it’s more of a high pressure squirt. Might be better to pump dispense – I spread it on my hands before working it onto my hair.

I love this stuff but it has a kinka old oil smell. I don’t notice it but my husband complained. Maybe a new bottle will smell better. I use the Shea moisture lotion and oil and love the light coconut smell. This conditioner keeps my hair soft and curly.
