The best customer support I have ever experienced! Great improved product. – Day 1: I received this item in the mail a few hours ago. Out of the box I noticed a scratch on the frame of the mirror but decided it will be forgotten in time. I followed the directions, cleaned the wall surface with soap and water, then with alcohol and waited for the surface to dry. When I tried to apply the silicon glue to the frame I realized the contents of the tube were dried up, nothing was coming out and it was completely useless. Fortunately I had some Gorilla glue and used that in combination with the sticky back tape that came in the box to attach the frame to the tiled wall. I immediately realized the plastic frame is not straight. Trying to push it down to the tile was a complete waste of time and eventually I had to settle for holding it down with some masking tape. I will remove the tape to see how well it is attached tomorrow and will share the rest of my findings then. So far, I will give it a generous 1 out of 5.
